Rachel joined Robb Residential in 2019. She has 20 years Residential and Property Management experience. Rachel is both ARLA and Letwell qualified and excels at providing on point property advice in line with Best Practice, Robb Residential Landlords can relax, their properties are managed by industry informed and experienced hands. As part of CPD, Rachel is an active member of ARLA, through webinars and out of office learning she keeps abreast with legislation to ensure our landlords receive reliable, legislatively current advice. Rachel is respected by clients and peers, she is motivated, well organised and an articulate communicator which allows her to successfully lead our property asset team.

Mark has been involved within the property industry for more than 45 years.  Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, from every aspect of the property industry, to Robb Residential. He started his career valuing and managing a highly respected & successful Westend estate agency and from there progressed into property management through to property asset management. Mark’s knowledge and experience has taken him into his preferred role as property valuer. His background and enthusiasm have made him a well-respected Valuer within the lettings industry.

Kieran has been involved within the property industry since 2019 and started his career in Property Asset Management in 2021 within a fast paced letting agent based within Glasgow. Kieran has gained valuable knowledge and experience within the letting’s world whilst always ensuring that he provides a best-in-class customer care to all of his clients. Kieran joined Robb Residential in 2023 as a Property Asset Manager and looks forward to building strong and lasting relationships with all clients and providing a polished, gold-card service to his landlords and tenants.

Caitlin began her career in Property Asset Management in 2022 and quickly obtained her ARLA qualification in early 2023. Caitlin has worked in customer service for over 10 years and so has gained invaluable experience in building strong, positive relationships with clients. We are delighted Caitlin now joins Robb Residential, September 2024, and looks forward to furthering her career in Residential Property Management.

Colin joined the Robb Residential lettings team in 2025, bringing with him a wealth of client-facing experience from Scotland’s luxury hospitality sector. Prior to entering the property industry, Colin held senior guest service roles with IHG, managing the care of high-profile clients.

He began his property career at a fast growing sales and letting company based in central Scotland, where he developed core skills in lettings and property coordination. With a strong focus on relationship management, attention to detail, and service excellence, Colin is committed to delivering a smooth and responsive experience for both landlords and tenants. His calm, personable style and professional background make him a valuable asset to the Robb Residential team.

Karen started working as a property asset manager at Robb Residential in November 2023. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Karen obtained her ARLA qualification in 2019 and keeps herself updated with the latest legislation, ensuring that her clients are always in good hands. One of Karen's favourite parts of property management is assisting landlords and helping tenants settle into their new homes with ease.

Geraldine joined Robb Residential in 2019 having gained valuable experience working for a wide range of businesses including Private Practice, Charities and Property Management. She has worked front of house and engaged with customers where she built an understanding of trust and reliability throughout her diverse career which has spanned three different continents. Geraldine’s journey and experience helps her understand the various problems and provide solutions to situations as they occur in a busy office.

Rachel joined Robb Residential in 2026 as a property administrator, bringing over seven years of experience in administration and customer service. With strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach, Rachel is passionate about developing her knowledge within the property sector. Rachel understands how to provide excellent service to property managers, allowing them to focus on their portfolios.

David Richardson joined Robb Residential in 2026 and is an experienced property professional with over 35 years in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has built extensive expertise across residential sales, lettings, and commercial property, working as an estate agent across West and Central Scotland as well as gaining valuable international experience during a period working in property in Dubai.

David has developed a strong reputation for his knowledge of the property market and his ability to build lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective tenants. His approachable and friendly manner, combined with decades of hands-on experience, enables him to provide practical advice and reliable support throughout every stage of the property process.
