Within the grounds of a period country house and with buildings arranged around a pretty cobbled courtyard a totally redeveloped and captivating 2 bedroomed attached cottage.

Coach House Cottage is one of a collection of 5 delightful courtyard cottages which have been sensitively and successfully created from the former stables and coach houses to Auchengrange House. The redevelopment programme has been thorough, careful and total and what is presented is a brand new home inside a charming and period outer shell.
The property is approached via a bell mouth entry to a broad avenue of mature tall lime trees to reach the stables and coach house yard.

Coach House Cottage as the name suggests was at one time the coach house and the redevelopment has sensitively retained the old coach house arched entry and former doocot windows.

Coach House Cottage is an attached country cottage of white painted harled exterior under a new slated roof. The accommodation is generously proportioned, light and bright and is laid out over two levels. The house enjoys views rear over an ancient cobbled courtyard, and there are landscaped walled gardens at the front with good vehicle parking. The parkland gardens of Auchengrange which surround the courtyard provide interest and amenity with semi ancient native woodlands, underplanted with masses of spring snow drops and colourful rhododendrons.

Internally the house has a combination of durable laminate flooring and neutral carpets in the bedrooms. The doors are of dressed engineered white oak with stainless steel ironmongery. Kitchen and bathroom ware are of good quality and the decoration palette is light and again neutral, ready for a new owner to introduce their own decorative style and preference, should they so wish.
