From Glasgow city centre proceed in a westerly direction on the M8 motorway, take the slip road to M77 signposted Kilmarnock & Prestwick Airport. Remain on the M77 for 29.4 miles to reach the Dutch House roundabout at Monkton. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A78. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A79. Continue through the next 2 roundabouts to stay on the A79. At the Shawfarm roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Monkton Road/A79. Continue for 1.7 miles to before turning left onto Mansfield Road. Once on Mansfield Road, turn immediate left ono the access lane for The Dormie House.
