Situation

Bus and rail services are close by, with the M8 central belt motorway network within 1 mile giving access throughout Renfrewshire and Glasgow City Centre. There is a wealth of retail, entertainment and other facilities within the locality, including food retail, and Braehead shopping centre is approximately a 10 minute drive away.

Renfrewshire is also home to the University of The West of Scotland.

Travel links are wide and varied, frequent local bus and train services, good road networks providing fast motor car access to Glasgow and beyond via the M8. The Erskine Bridge, some 8 miles away, gives access via the A83 to Loch Lomond (approx. 30 minutes). The Clyde coast is similarly reached in approx. 30 minutes.

Glasgow City Centre is only 8.1 miles away and, as with most major cities, benefits from a thriving retail sector and a full range of professional and leisure services. Glasgow International Airport is a convenient 2.5 miles to the north.

In Scotland one is never too far from a golf course and Renfrew is no exception. Renfrew Golf Club, Paisley Golf Club (Bushes), Fereneze Golf Club and Ralston Golf Clubs are nearby inland parkland courses and further afield in Ayrshire there are the internationally renowned golf courses of Turnberry, Royal Troon and Prestwick.

The Lagoon indoor water centre and nearby Braehead Soar leisure centre with its cinema, indoor skiing, boarding, bowling and climbing wall, all situated at the Braehead retail village is only a short drive away. The David Lloyd tennis, fitness and conditioning centre is within a 5 minute drive.

Travel Directions
From Glasgow City Centre on the M8 heading toward Glasgow Airport/Greenock. At junction 27 turn left on the slip road for A741 towards Paisley/ Renfrew. At roundabout turn all the way round to the right and double back on yourself, staying on A741, take left at the next roundabout, bear right onto B791/Cockels Loan, turn right onto Kinloch Road, turn right onto Gleniffer Road, proceed along Gleniffer Road to find 91 Gleniffer Road on the corner of Gleniffer Road and Fereneze Avenue.

Having been let down on a number of occasions, we decided to move to this company. Our house is on the west coast of Scotland and we are based in Norfolk, so it is very important to us that they deal with things locally. And they have. They organised the installation of a new Calor tank, replacing the roof, redecoration and many other "routine" tasks. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a company that makes things happen without nagging. They are brilliant and I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. Particular mention to Rachel who is my direct contact. She is utterly, almost ruthlessly, dependable and understands that I want the best for my tenants as well as myself.
