Property SummaryA pretty detached bungalow in an area of great natural scenic beauty which offers scope as a comfortable and well-appointed home or as a second or income producing holiday home.
Tigh-Na-Uisge accommodation is light, bright and spacious and is laid out over one easily managed level. The property is of white painted render finish under a tiled roof and sits in mature gardens within the quiet area of Lettermay, due south west from the centre of Lochgoilhead village. The property has experienced a program of upgrading, modernisation and improvements internally and externally and it is our considered opinion that Tigh-Na-Uisge has been developed into a comfortable and well-appointed home.
Lochgoilhead is also a well-known west of Scotland holiday and short break destination and so the house also offers scope as a second or income producing holiday home.

Lawn extends around one side of the property while gravel extends around the other to the rear gardens. The rear gardens are mainly to timber raised decking, which is ideal for alfresco sitting and dining. Lawn extends to the extreme rear gardens and is bound with mature hedging at the boundary. The garden grounds are mature and colourful and from all aspects, offer spectacular and often dramatic views.
