I’ve been renting from Robb Residential for over three years but – sadly – am now having to move on. I’ve been very impressed throughout this time not just with Mr Robb but Sarah and all the other staff there I’ve interacted with, having found them to be professional without being inflexible, attentive and understanding. Highly recommended!

My experience with Robb Residential has been exceptionally positive. The Edinburgh property market is so competitive, but throughout Allan has taken time to answer my questions both on the phone and email. His advice not only helped me settle into the flat in quite a turbulent time, but he also made sure that I feel comfortable connecting with the landlord and neighbors to really feel at home in the property. I can highly recommend this letting agency.

I worked with Robb Residential for my parking space and would highly recommend Mark Govan. Mark was extremely helpful and kind whilst dealing with the space - answering all questions and making a move to Glasgow much easier for someone who didn’t know where she was going! Would recommend!

Myself and my flatmate were moved into our flat by Sarah. Could not have been more helpful and made the move in process quick and easy. Robb Residential has also been very prompt to rectify any issues that have arisen (not many at that). Overall, I would highly recommend Robb Residential as a letting agency as they are very professional and attentive.

I've never felt the necessity to review any company I've had dealings with previously but I feel compelled to give Mark Govan from Robb a 5 star.....this guy is a property artist and is at the top of his game. I have a sizeable property portfolio and have started to give Mark my properties,.. Just WOW.. if I can give anybody some advice, that is considering renting their property, it would be get Mark out, you will be amazed by him and what the company can do.. FULL 5 STARS.

Updating my review, since I recently left my tenancy after more than 4 years, but the 5 star score is unchanged, since Robb Residential have done a stellar job throughout. They're quick and reliable, respectful and professional and I'd recommend them without hesitation!
