Fort Augustus is situated on the south shore of Loch Ness approximately 34 miles from the Highland capital of Inverness. Local amenities include a good range of local shops and services including gift shops, a petrol station, a Post Office, a newsagent, a butchers, a bank, a medical centre, and a number of cafés and restaurants. Primary and secondary schooling are both available locally. The surrounding area is renowned for its scenery and outdoor pursuits including, walking, cycling, fishing, shooting and sailing.

Travel Directions
Leaving Fort William, proceed north on the A82 for thirty miles, to Fort Augustus. Pass the Lovat Hotel and at the first junction, turn right on to the B862, signposted Catholic Church. Turn immediately right on to Glendoe Road, then immediately left signposted The Highland Club, with the twin leaf gates. Proceed through the gates to find the main door access to 3 The Moat House directly in front of you.

Having been let down on a number of occasions, we decided to move to this company. Our house is on the west coast of Scotland and we are based in Norfolk, so it is very important to us that they deal with things locally. And they have. They organised the installation of a new Calor tank, replacing the roof, redecoration and many other "routine" tasks. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a company that makes things happen without nagging. They are brilliant and I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent.
